Photo album viewing tips:
Once the album loads, you may view the pictures several ways.
Click in the upper section to activate the special features. The 2nd icon from the right will activate FULLSCREEN for larger pictures. ( album will reload ). If you click the center top you can activate the slide show feature. The number 10 that drops down is the number of seconds between pictures and you can speed it up by lowering the number or slow it down by increasing the number. If you move your cursor into the "GRAY" area as each picture comes up, you will get a dropdown description of the equipment on each shelf. You can also put your cursor on the small pictures at the bottom and click those for viewing. Of course, you can also view manually, one at a time, by clicking on the arrows at the top of the photo album. There are 2 shack update photos below the album section showing the new ICOM 706markIIG purchased new in 2008.
Update . . . in June 2008 I added a new ICOM 706markIIG to the ham mix. Using the separation kit, I mounted the control head on the headboard of the bookshelf - the perfect spot for easy operating. I also put a new 10 meter and 6 meter dipole in the attic made with no.6 solid copper wire. The 10 meter dipole tunes from 28.300 to 28.800 with a 1:1 SWR.
The two pictures below show the new 706 markIIG as described above:
The main body of the 706markIIG is tucked away on the 2nd shelf down under the blue Diawa antenna switch.
